本文在实验台试验基础上,提出了泵站开敞式进水池最佳平面形状与适宜的尺寸。当开敞进水流道边界形状与水流流线形状一致时,获得最佳进水池形式为心形或半圆形。喇叭口悬空高合理取值范围为(0.3-0.5)D,后壁距在0.25D以内,临界淹没水深hs<0.8D,进水池池宽采用2.5D时,水泵装置效率可达60.5-60.9%,水泵效率测量综合误差为2.5%。
Based on the experimental bench test, this paper proposed the optimal planar shape and suitable size of the open inlet pool of pumping stations. When the shape of the open inflow runner boundary is the same as the shape of the streamline, the best form of inflow pool is heart-shaped or semicircular. The height of the bell mouth is reasonable (0.3-0.5) D, the distance between the rear wall is less than 0.25D, the critical submerged depth is less than 0.8D, and the width of the inlet pool is 2.5D, the efficiency of the pump unit can reach 60.5-60.9% , Pump efficiency measurement of the overall error of 2.5%.
