转炉顶底复合吹炼是近几年迅速发展起来的一项新技术。在复合吹炼中,炉底供气砖是关键部件。我们研制了镁碳质缝隙式和毛细管式供气砖,并于1984年在唐山钢铁公司30吨转炉上连续进行七个炉役试验。结果表明,供气砖材质具有良好的高温性能和抗热震性,结构合理,使用可靠,调节灵便,可以间断供气。每块砖供气量为0~55标准立方米/小时。使用寿命与唐钢30吨转炉炉衬同步,蚀损速度为0.32~0.9毫米/炉。选用纯度较高的电熔镁砂和天然鳞片状石墨为原料,制成镁碳砖,作为炉底透气砖的耐火材料。为提高镀碳砖的抗氧化性能,对成型压力、抗氧化剂的加入量,石墨的粒度和加入量等进行了研究。
Converter top blowing compound is a rapid development in recent years, a new technology. In compound blowing, bottom gas supply brick is a key component. We developed a magnesium carbonaceous gap and capillary gas supply brick, and in 1984 in the Tangshan Iron and Steel Company 30 tons of continuous furnace on the seven furnace trials. The results show that the material of the gas supply brick has good high temperature performance and thermal shock resistance, reasonable structure, reliable use, convenient adjustment and intermittent gas supply. The supply of each brick is 0 ~ 55 standard cubic meters / hour. The service life is in line with the 30-ton converter lining of Tangshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., with an erosion loss rate of 0.32 to 0.9 mm / furnace. Selection of high purity fused magnesia and natural flake graphite as raw material, made of magnesia-carbon brick, as the bottom of the brick breathable refractory material. In order to improve the oxidation resistance of carbon-coated bricks, the forming pressure, the amount of antioxidants, the particle size and the amount of graphite were studied.
