目的:建立方法同时测定藏茴香中葛缕酮和柠檬烯的含量,研究不同产地的藏茴香中葛缕酮和柠檬烯的含量差异。方法:采用气相法,色谱柱为HP-FFAP(聚乙二醇20000,柱长25 m,内径0.20 mm,膜厚度0.33μm),柱温65~115℃;载气N2,流速1.0 mL.min-1,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),进样口及检测器温度均为250℃。结果:5批不同产地藏茴香药材中葛缕酮和柠檬烯质量分数在50%~60%及35%~42%。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于藏茴香中葛缕酮和柠檬烯含量的测定。不同产地藏茴香中葛缕酮和柠檬烯含量差异不大。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of crylloflavone and limonene in the aniseed of fennel and to study the differences in content of cryllone and limonene in fennel from different habitats. Methods: The column was HP-FFAP (polyethylene glycol 20000, column length 25 m, inner diameter 0.20 mm, membrane thickness 0.33 μm) with a column temperature of 65-115 ℃. The carrier gas was N2 at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1, flame ionization detector (FID), inlet and detector temperature are 250 ℃. Results: The contents of 5% ~ 60% and 35% ~ 42% of flavonoids and limonene in 5 batches of different kinds of medicinal materials of the aniseed fennel were obtained. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of cryllone and limonene in fennel. There was no significant difference in the content of cryllofenone and limonene among the anise in different habitats.
