目的探讨孕酮对大鼠颌下腺表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体(EGFR)表达的影响。方法用免疫组化方法观察注射1,3,5和7天孕酮后,成年雌性SD大鼠颌下腺EGF、EGFR表达及颗粒曲管(GCT)形态的改变。结果与对照组比较,注射孕酮1天组,EGF的阳性表达最强,3天组较强,5天组减弱,7天组复又增强;EGFR的表达1,3天组减弱,5天组增强,7天组复又减弱,与EGF的表达基本相反。GCT最宽径及细胞高度的变化与EGFR的变化基本一致,或滞后出现。结论孕酮促进大鼠颌下腺GCT合成EGF,EGF与EGFR之间存在反向调节,GCT的变化与EGFR的含量有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of progesterone on the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and its receptor (EGFR) in the submandibular gland of rats. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the morphological changes of EGF, EGFR and GCT in submandibular glands of adult female SD rats after 1, 3, 5 and 7 days of progesterone injection. Results Compared with the control group, the positive expression of EGF was the strongest in the first day of progesterone injection. The expression of EGF was stronger in the third day group, weakened in the fifth day group and increased in the seventh day group. The expression of EGFR was weakened in the first and third days Group increased, 7 days group complex and weakened, and EGF expression is basically the opposite. The changes of the widest width and height of GCT were basically the same as those of EGFR, or lagged. Conclusion Progesterone promotes the reverse regulation of EGF, EGF and EGFR synthesis in GCT of rat submandibular gland, and the change of GCT is related to the content of EGFR.
