本文对有机硫化钼的合成进行了研究,对此产物作了ICP元素分析及IR分析,用1%的有机硫化钼及自制的表面活性剂配成高水基介质在四球机上作摩擦磨损试验,结果表明:无论对水或油均有较好的减摩作用。并采用扫描电镜和电子探针能谱图对其极压抗磨机理作初步的探讨。
In this paper, the synthesis of organic molybdenum sulfide was studied. The ICP-IR and IR analysis of the product were done. The friction and wear test of the product was made on a four-ball machine with 1% organic molybdenum sulfide and self-made surfactant. The results show that : Whether water or oil have a good anti-friction effect. The mechanism of extreme pressure and anti-wear was also discussed with scanning electron microscopy and electron probe spectroscopy.
