近年来贵州省实施的“国培计划”小学数学特岗教师培训项目,对提高贵州小学数学特岗教师的专业素质和教育教学能力有重大的意义。对2011~2014年这一培训项目的培训效果进行调查,发现存在培训时间较短、培训课程单一、培训方式比较传统、考核指标参与性不强等问题。鉴于小学数学特岗教师对实践课兴趣浓厚,喜欢一线教师授课,热衷跟岗,建议构建以实践为主的小学数学特岗教师培训模式。培训目标来自教师的需求调研,培训内容重实践,培训方式多样化,培训团队相对稳定,培训评价多元化,培训结束后进行跟踪指导。
In recent years, Guizhou Province, the implementation of “national training plan ” primary school mathematics special post teacher training project, to improve primary school mathematics special post teachers in Guizhou professional quality and education teaching ability is of great significance. The investigation on the training effect of this training program from 2011 to 2014 shows that there are such problems as short training time, single training course, more traditional training methods, and less participation in assessment indicators. In view of primary school mathematics special post teacher is interested in practice class, like front-line teacher teaching, keen to follow-up, it is recommended to build practice-based primary school mathematics special post teacher training mode. Training objectives from the needs of teachers research, training content and practice, diversification of training methods, training team is relatively stable, training and evaluation of diversity, after the training to track and guide.
