马鞍山矿山研究院是招收攻读硕士研究生的最早单位之一。1978年国家恢复学位制时就招收了第一批攻读硕士研究生。1983年国家教委批准马鞍山矿山研究院采矿工程硕士学位授于权,是马鞍山哪时唯一有学位授予权单位。现已有10个专业、25名研究生获得硕士学位,分配在5个省工作,其中2人分别考入德国柏林技术大学和东北工学院攻读博士生,2人先后出国进行合作项目的科学研究。他们承担了各类科研任务约35项,完成率70％;在各种报刊杂志上发表论文约近40篇,一部分同志已担当课题组长和研究室领导职务,逐渐成为科学研究队伍中的骨干力量。十多年来,我院对研究生的培养工作已经 Ma On Shan Institute of Mining is recruited to study for one of the earliest master’s graduate. In 1978, when the state resumed its degree system, it recruited the first batch of master degree candidates. In 1983, the State Board of Education approved the granting of a master’s degree in mining engineering from the Ma On Shan Institute of Mines. It is the only time when Maanshan has the right to grant units. There are now 10 majors and 25 postgraduates with a master’s degree. They are assigned to work in 5 provinces. Two of them are admitted to Berlin University of Technology and Northeastern Polytechnic University respectively. Two of them have gone abroad to conduct scientific research on cooperation projects. They have undertaken about 35 various types of scientific research tasks with a completion rate of 70%. They have published about 40 papers in various newspapers and periodicals. Some of them have assumed leadership positions in project leaders and laboratories and have gradually become the backbone of scientific research teams power.
