对分形图像压缩编码过程中拼贴误差与重建误差的关系进行了研究。提出了一种建立在误差间隙控制方法基础上的、不需增加任何附加比特(即压缩比不降低)就可以减小拼贴误差的方法。该方法在有效降低误差间隙的同时,能减小重建误差,提高重建图像的质量。仿真实验表明,在编码时间基本相同的前提下,误差间隙可由0.29~0.37降低到0.01~0.17,重建图像峰值信噪比(PSNR)约提高0.513~1.634 dB。
