制作帕金森氏病大鼠模型,观察其黑质区注射徽量神经降压素后的效应。结果表明:(1)黑质区注射6-羟基多巴胺2l天后,大鼠出现帕金森氏病的行动迟缓、强直和震颤等三大症状,以及股四头肌肌电图群放电位频率为4~8次/s的动物模型;(2)黑质区注射不同剂量的神经降压素,经过一定时间后,大鼠模型的强直和震颤症状出现不同程度改善,且呈明显量效依赖关系,而其行动迟缓症状改善不明显。提示,黑质区外源性神经降压素具有一定的抗帕金森氏病效应。
The rat model of Parkinson’s disease was made to observe the effect of the injection of warfarin on the substantia nigra region. Tip, nigral extrinsic neurotensin has anti-Parkinson’s disease effect.
