以某低速二冲程柴油机作为研究对象,通过分析该柴油机外特性和主机遥控系统功能,建立其数学模型,详细讲述了船舶主机遥控逻辑控制在AB PLC中的实现过程。项目所开发船舶主机模拟器充分集成PLC控制、PIMS监控、虚拟现实及WEB发布等技术于一体,使软件与硬件相结合、虚拟与现实相结合,应用虚拟现实技术仿真操作对象的运动过程。整个主机遥控系统硬件配置灵活、简单、维护方便,可靠性高,系统在技术上先进,在功能上符合国际海事组织和国家海事局对高级船员培训的要求。
Taking a low-speed two-stroke diesel engine as the research object, this mathematical model is established by analyzing the characteristics of the diesel engine and the function of the host remote control system. The realization process of the remote control logic of the marine host in AB PLC is described in detail. The host computer simulator developed by the project fully integrates the technologies of PLC control, PIMS monitoring, virtual reality and WEB publishing, and integrates the software with the hardware and combines the virtual with the reality. The virtual reality technology is used to simulate the movement process of the operation object. The host remote control system hardware configuration flexible, simple, easy maintenance, high reliability, the system technologically advanced, in functionally consistent with the International Maritime Organization and the National Maritime Board training for senior crew requirements.
