提出了一种新型喷雾除尘技术,即自适应高压微雾除尘技术,阐述了新型技术的组成和工作过程;通过实验,利用风环境产尘装置模拟实际工况散料的动态粉尘,应用新型技术进行除尘,将传统与新型技术两者的累计耗水量进行对比研究,采用算术平均法计算新型技术的除尘效率;最后通过将传统和新型除尘技术进行对比,给出了新型技术的优势。
