目的 研究小鼠生殖周期子宫和血生长抑素的变化。 方法 应用放射免疫方法检测小鼠生殖周期不同阶段子宫和血生长抑素的水平。 结果 妊娠期子宫生长抑素明显下降 ,和间期比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;妊娠晚期和哺乳期血中生长抑素均明显升高 ,与间期比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 小鼠妊娠期子宫生长抑素减少 ,妊娠晚期和哺乳期血中生长抑素增加。生殖周期子宫与血中生长抑素的变化不呈同步性。
Objective To study the changes of mouse reproductive cycle uterine and somatostatin. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of somatostatin in uterus and blood in different stages of mouse reproductive cycle. Results Compared with interphase, somatostatin in pregnancy decreased significantly (P <0.05), so did somatostatin in late pregnancy and lactation. Compared with interphase, there was significant difference Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The decrease of somatostatin during pregnancy and the increase of somatostatin in blood during late pregnancy and lactation. Reproductive cycle changes in the uterus and blood somatostatin is not synchronized.
