当代社会企业竞争日益激烈,人才竞争成为企业竞争的核心。然而,目前企业员工培训面临培训理念偏颇、缺乏持续性、未能彰显员工主体性、员工工学矛盾突出的困境。基于此,企业应该重视员工培训、注重培训的持续性、彰显员工培训的主体性、丰富培训方式、加强培训效果评估,使员工践行终身学习理念,获得充足的知识技能,为企业发展贡献重要力量。在终身学习背景下进行企业员工培训,有利于提高员工素质和能力,使员工适应日益变化的时代要求,进而促进企业的长远发展。
The competition of contemporary social enterprises is more and more fierce and the competition of talents becomes the core of enterprise competition. However, at present, employee training faces the bias of training concept, lack of persistence, failing to demonstrate the predominance of employees and prominent contradictions of employees in engineering. Based on this, enterprises should pay attention to staff training, pay attention to the continuity of training, demonstrate the main body of staff training, enrich training methods, enhance training effectiveness assessment, enable staff to practice lifelong learning concepts, obtain adequate knowledge and skills, and contribute to the development of enterprises power.
