近年来,航天科工集团二院工会以建设富裕、文明、民主、温暖、和谐的职工之家为目标,形成了党委统一领导、行政积极支持、工会具体实施、职工热情参与的建家工作格局,二院二部、25所、206所等3家院属单位分别获得全国模范职工之家荣誉称号,另有12家院属单位获得省部级模范职工之家称号。
