目的探讨苦荞茶对衰老小鼠肾组织酶的影响。方法采用动物实验的方法对D-半乳糖所致衰老的雄性小鼠肾组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)进行测定。结果衰老模型组小鼠肾组织的SOD活性明显低于空白对照组和苦荞茶中、高剂量组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);衰老模型组小鼠肾组织的MDA含量明显高于空白对照组和苦荞茶各剂量组,差异有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论苦荞茶可有效提高D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠SOD活性,降低MDA含量。“,”Objective To study tartary buckwheat tea on enzymes in kidney tissue of aging mice induced by D-galactose. Results Activity of SOD in kidney tissue of the aging model mice was signi?cantly lower than that of blank control group and the tartary buckwheat tea middle and high dose groups;content of MDA in kidney tissue of the aging model mice was signi cantly higher than the blank control group and the experimental groups. Conclusion Tartary buckwheat tea had significantly improved the activity of SOD of aging mice induced by D-galactose,decreased the content of MDA significantly.
