1983年6月30日至7月2日核工业部科技局、湖南省科委,湖南省冶金厅联合主持在长沙召开了《降低氯化稀土比放射性的研究》和《稀土中~(227)Ac的测定方法的研究和建立》技术鉴定会。以独居石为原料生产的氯化稀土比较放射性强度,一般在11×10~(-6)居里/公斤,超过国家放射防护规定的非放射性物质标准(小于×10~(-7)居里/公斤)。国外对降放射性工艺严格保密,国内长期未能解决,因而,妨碍了稀土的推广应用。
From June 30 to July 2, 1983, the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Nuclear Industry, the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Commission and the Metallurgical Department of Hunan Province jointly held the “Research on Reducing Specific Radioactivity of Chlorinated Rare Earths” and “~ (227) Ac determination of the method of research and the establishment of ”technical appraisal meeting. Rare earth chloride as raw material produced relatively rare earth chloride radioactivity, usually in the 11 × 10 -6 Curie / kg, more than the national standards for non-radioactive material radiological protection (less than × 10 -7 (Curie) /kg). Abroad on radioactive fall strict confidentiality, the domestic long-term failed to solve, thus hindering the promotion and application of rare earth.
