通过对煤矿立井罐笼钢丝绳导向滑套磨损机理及失效分析,调整两种青铜、两种黄铜的化学成分,熔炼了四种合金,分别浇注出金属型、砂型试样,再进行耐磨性能和显微组织分析,探讨其用于制造导向滑套的可行性,以期得到经济耐用,同时又对钢丝绳磨损小的合金材料。
Through the analysis of wear mechanism and failure analysis of cage wire rope guide sleeve of mine shaft, the chemical compositions of two kinds of bronze and two kinds of brass are adjusted, four kinds of alloy are melted, and the metal type and sand type sample are cast respectively, and then the wear resistance and Microstructure analysis to explore its feasibility for the manufacture of the guide sleeve, with a view to get economical and durable, while the wire rope wear small alloy material.
