禹门河水库碾压混凝土坝工程施工中,对常用模板技术进行创新,由1.2m×2.1m单块组合拼装后,形成一种新型的模板技术——组合拼装式悬臂模板技术。该技术在大坝轴线的垂直面、大坝下游1:0.75斜坡面的大体积碾压混凝土以及常态混凝土施工中得到广泛应用,并取得了很好的效果。现将此技术作简单介绍,以利于推广及应用。
In the construction of RCC dam of Yumenhe reservoir, the common template technology is innovated, and a new type of template technology - combined assembled cantilever template technology is formed after assembled by 1.2m × 2.1m single block. The technology has been widely used in the vertical plane of the dam axis, the large volume of RCC at the slope of 1: 0.75 on the downstream of the dam and the normal concrete construction, and achieved good results. Now this technology for a brief introduction, in order to facilitate the promotion and application.
