目的探讨持续质量改进管理在医院供应室管理中的效果。方法在持续质量改进实施前后,各抽取1000份消毒灭菌完成后的手术器械包,检查及统计清洗质量、包装质量、灭菌质量,各抽取200份统计常规和紧急物品送达科室时间,并调查相应时段供应室医务人员(共计100人次)专业知识掌握率及各科室(共120名)相关医护人员对供应室服务的满意率,分为实施前和实施后,比较实施前后持续质量改进的效果。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用~(-1)检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果清洗质量、包装质量、灭菌质量不合格率实施后组(0.9%、1.0%、0.2%)与实施前组(2.8%、3.5%、0.9%)相比,均显著降低(均P<0.05);常规物品和紧急物品送达科室时间实施后组[(52.3±11.5)、(9.8±2.8)min]与实施前组[(75.6±13.2)、(16.8±7.5)min]相比均显著降低(均P<0.05);工作人员的专业知识掌握率由50.0%上升到100.0%;相关医护人员的满意率由86.7%上升到98.3%。结论持续质量改进在医院供应室管理中,有效地提高了医院供应室工作人员素质,提高了工作质量、工作效率、服务质量及医疗安全。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement management in hospital supply room management. Methods Before and after the implementation of continuous quality improvement, 1000 surgical instruments packages after sterilization and sterilization were extracted, and the quality of the cleaning, packaging, and sterilization quality were checked and counted.
