7475铝合金经固溶处理后进行了不同轧制厚度的冷轧,然后进行不同温度不同时间的时效处理。通过金相分析、X射线衍射、硬度检测和拉伸试验,研究了冷轧后时效对7475铝合金的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:合金在固溶处理后冷轧(应变2.5),并在90℃时效24 h后,强度提高到750.11 MPa,维氏硬度比固溶处理提高了40.3%。
After solution treatment, 7475 aluminum alloy was cold rolled with different rolling thicknesses and then aged at different temperatures and different times. The effects of aging after cold-rolling on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7475 aluminum alloy were studied by means of metallographic analysis, X-ray diffraction, hardness testing and tensile test. The results show that the alloy is cold rolled (strain 2.5) after solution treatment and its strength increases to 750.11 MPa after aging at 90 ℃ for 24 h. The Vickers hardness increases by 40.3% compared with the solution treatment.
