瞬变传热试验是一种有效地测定紧凑换热面换热性能的先进方法,它具有测定方便、迅速、可测范围比稳使法大的优点。这一研究课题有利于发展新型、高效小温度差紧凑换热器,并可提供优化设计的数据,有理论价值,并对促进节能技术有较大实用意义。该研究课题提出的修正选点配比法在幽外现有瞬变技术的基础上作了进一步的完善和发展,与国外现有选点配比法相比,可测范围大,试验数据准确。
Transient heat transfer test is an effective method for measuring the heat transfer performance of compact heat transfer surface. It has the advantages of easy and rapid determination and large measurable range compared with steady method. This research project is conducive to the development of new, efficient small temperature difference compact heat exchanger, and can provide optimal design data, with theoretical value, and to promote energy-saving technology has great practical significance. Compared with the existing matching method in foreign countries, the modified method of matching point selection method proposed in this research project is further refined and developed based on the existing transient technology in the outside world, with a large measurable range and accurate experimental data.
