改革开放以来,我国的经济发展速度较快,大学生正处于经济社会和文化社会不断改革的环境下,尤其是高职高专学生,在其就业之前进行思想教育非常关键,这对学生毕业后选择一个合适的工作岗位起到了重要作用。基于此,主要就新时期高职高专就业前思想教育工作过程中所面临的挑战展开的分析,进一步探究改善学生就业思想的具有对策,以期为学生毕业后的就业、工作、生活树立一个正确的目标,进而提升自己。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly.
