随着社会的进步和生活水平的提高,人们对环保的要求也越来越高,同时也对陶瓷产品的清洁和耐污提出了更高的要求。针对以上需求,研发出陶瓷表面的超级光滑技术、超级憎水膜技术、二氧化钛涂膜技术、抗菌自洁技术、智洁技术。陶瓷表面超级光滑效果主要可以通过两种方式获得:一种是后期抛光,另一种是选用新型釉料来实现自流平。笔者对超平滑抗污性能测试的方法作了详细介绍,并通过比较得出结论。
With the progress of society and the improvement of living standards, people’s requirements for environmental protection are also getting higher and higher, and meanwhile, higher requirements are put forward on the cleanliness and stain resistance of ceramic products. In response to the above demand, we have developed super-smooth ceramic surface technology, super hydrophobic membrane technology, titanium dioxide coating technology, antibacterial self-cleaning technology, Chi clean technology. Super smooth ceramic surface effect can be obtained in two ways: one is the late polishing, the other is the choice of new glaze to achieve self-leveling. The author of the ultra-smooth anti-fouling performance testing methods are described in detail, and concluded by comparison.
