Crew resource management has been carried out at home and abroad for many years and is considered as one of the important measures to ensure flight safety. However, few relevant agencies or personnel evaluate the training effect. Based on Kirkpatrick’s AHP framework, this article summarizes and analyzes the training effectiveness of Crew Resources Management (CRM) from four aspects: reaction, learning, behavior and organizational impact. It is suggested that the training effect of CRM should be further verified by clarifying the definition of CRM training, conducting follow-up evaluation and emphasizing the influence of national culture differences on training.
