大棒材在线淬火-感应回火是棒材生产中的先进工艺。本文根据产量120t/h的需要,利用有限元软件MSC.Marc对不同规格(Φ50mm以上)的42CrMo棒材在线淬火-感应回火过程的温度场进行了模拟。通过对比回火温度均匀性,确定了感应线圈的布置形式;根据回火温度,确定了感应加热棒材的行进速度,进而获取了回火工艺关键参数。同时,计算了不同规格42CrMo棒材在线淬火-感应回火的均匀化温度、均匀化时间及单条生产线产量,为大棒材在线淬火-回火线的建设提供了参考。
On-line quenching of large bars - Induction tempering is an advanced process in bar production. In this paper, the temperature field of 42CrMo bar with different specifications (Φ50mm and above) in the process of quenching-induction tempering was simulated by finite element software MSC.Marc according to the requirement of output of 120t / h. By comparing the uniformity of tempering temperature, the arrangement of induction coil was determined. According to the tempering temperature, the advancing speed of induction heating bar was determined, and the key parameters of tempering process were obtained. At the same time, the homogenization temperature, homogenization time and the output of single production line of 42CrMo bar with different specifications were calculated, which provided a reference for the construction of large bar on-line quenching and tempering line.
