烟囱效应是指由于建筑内外空气的温度不同而引起的建筑物内空气沿垂直方向的空气流动现象。电梯的安全运行常受到环境因素的影响,而电梯井道是烟囱效应的主要流动通道之一。烟囱效应的强度与多种因素有关,当超高层建筑内部产生的烟囱效应过于强烈,可能会对电梯的安全运行造成影响,从而引发电梯的安全隐患。因此,在超高层建筑设计和电梯安装和维护中,均应该考虑烟囱效应可能导致的安全风险,及早采取措施削弱烟囱效应产生的安全隐患,保障电梯运行安全。
Chimney effect refers to the air flow in the vertical direction of the building due to the difference of the temperature of the air inside and outside the building. The safe operation of the elevator is often affected by environmental factors, and the elevator shaft is one of the main flow channels of the chimney effect. The strength of the chimney effect is related to many factors. When the chimney effect inside the super high-rise building is too strong, it may affect the safe operation of the elevator and lead to the potential safety hazard of the elevator. Therefore, in super high-rise building design and elevator installation and maintenance, should consider the chimney effect may lead to safety risks, early measures to weaken the safety hazards arising from the chimney effect, to ensure the safety of the elevator operation.
