夏邑县农业局于1988-1990年,在大豆始花期进行了喷洒多效唑试验.设喷洒多效唑50、100、150、200ppm,以喷清水为对照,喷药液量为每亩50公斤.结果表明,喷施多效唑后,大豆叶绿素含量提高,从而提高了大豆的光合作用和同化能力;有效地抑制了大豆的株高,根的吸收能力加强;单株有效荚数、单株粒数、百粒重及产量均提高,喷施浓度50、100、150、200ppm的比对照分别增产14.7%、16.3%,18.9%和15%,以喷施150ppm
