采用Li2CO3-H3BO3熔融和HF-HNO3-HClO4酸分解样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定古陶瓷样品中18种主、次量元素,讨论了前处理过程中的一些问题,并选择了最佳实验条件。方法经国家一级标准物质验证,测定结果与标准值吻合,大多数元素的RSD(n=10)<5%。用该方法测定了50个古瓷样品,同时确定了不同地区古瓷中主、次量元素的含量范围,对于探讨商瓷产地的问题提供了科学依据
18 kinds of primary and secondary elements in the samples of ancient ceramics were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry using Li2CO3-H3BO3 melt and HF-HNO3-HClO4 acid decomposition samples. Some problems in pre-treatment process were discussed and selected Best experimental conditions. The method is validated by the national first-class reference materials. The measured results are consistent with the standard values. The RSD (n = 10) of most elements is less than 5%. Using this method, 50 samples of ancient porcelain were determined, and the contents of major and minor elements in ancient porcelain from different areas were determined, which provided a scientific basis for the exploration of the origin of porcelain
