本实验结果证明,庆大霉素链珠用EB-Ⅱ和GN-515作基质比用骨水泥作基质为优.含成孔剂40%的链珠释放庆大霉素量较其他低含成孔剂量及无成孔剂链珠为高.以EB-Ⅱ为基质和43%RT_3为成孔剂的含庆大霉素5%之链珠释放总量大,释放率高,释放时间长,浸泡液中庆大霉素浓度下降缓慢.建议该链珠可于临床试用.
The experimental results show that gentamicin beads with the matrix as a matrix with EB-Ⅱ and GN-515 than the cement as the matrix containing 40% of the pore-forming agent chain gentamicin release than other low content The results showed that the total amount of gentamicin 5% chain beads with EB-Ⅱ as substrate and 43% RT_3 as pore former were high, the release rate was high, the release time was long, Gentamycin concentration in soaking solution slowed down. It is suggested that the chain beads can be used in clinical trial.
