Ca-RE复合处理工艺,是将微量Si—Ca合金粒连续加入中心注管漏斗内,对浇注钢流进行钙处理;同时采用钢锭模内吊挂稀土棒的加入方法.使钢液在模内上升过程的石墨渣保护下,又连续均匀地进行稀土处理。此工艺不仅减少氧对稀土金属的氧化损失.有利于稀土的微合金化作用;还能发挥钙和稀土元素对非金属夹杂物的复合变质作用,其形态控制比单用RE处理更加完善,使钢的疲劳性能得到明显提高。
