目的 研究蚯蚓毒素的来源及其成分 ,探索其去除方法。方法对蚯蚓应激分泌液进行透析、可见及紫外分光光度法检测透析袋内外液组分、电泳分析蛋白组分、动物体内试验检测毒性。结果蚯蚓应激分泌液的蛋白组分显示剧毒性 (最小致死量为 0 .2 42mg/kg)。PAGE分离主要有两条带 ;蚯蚓对不同刺激产生的应激分泌液成分相同。结论蚯蚓应激分泌液的蛋白组分有毒 ,用加盐或微电流刺激方法可去除毒素。
Objective To study the source and composition of scorpion toxin and explore its removal method. Methods The dialysis, visible and ultraviolet spectrophotometric methods were used to detect the fluid composition of the dialysis bag, and the protein components were analyzed by electrophoresis. Results The protein components of the stress excretion show acute toxicity (minimum lethal dose 0.22 42 mg/kg). There are two main bands separated by PAGE; the components of the stress excreted fluid produced by different stimuli are the same. Conclusion The protein components of the stress excretion fluid are toxic and can be removed by salt or micro current stimulation.
