目的:制备姜黄素立方液晶,确定其适于规模放大的最佳处方配比及制备工艺条件。方法:采用Bottom-up法制备姜黄素立方液晶,制得的样品用透析法和HPLC法测定其包封率。通过单因素试验和正交试验设计确定姜黄素立方液晶的处方,然后考察搅拌时间、超声功率等工艺因素对立方液晶包封率的影响,确定适于规模放大的立方液晶制备工艺。结果:按最佳处方及制备工艺规模放大后制得的姜黄素立方液晶的包封率达(86±2)%。结论:确定的姜黄素立方液晶的制备工艺及处方合理可靠,适于规模放大。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare curcumin cubic liquid crystal and determine its optimal formulation and preparation conditions for scale-up. Methods: Bottom-up method was used to prepare curcumin cubic liquid crystal. The prepared sample was determined by dialysis method and HPLC method. The prescription of curcumin cubic liquid crystal was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal design. Then the effects of mixing time, ultrasonic power and other factors on the entrapment efficiency of cubic liquid crystal were investigated, and the cubic liquid crystal preparation technology suitable for scale-up was determined. Results: The entrapment efficiency of curcumin cubic liquid crystal prepared by the best prescription and preparation scale was (86 ± 2)%. Conclusion: The preparation process and prescription of curcumin cubic liquid crystal are reasonable and reliable, and are suitable for scale-up.
