目的 采用 10d递增负荷的游泳运动方式建立大鼠运动疲劳模型。结果 此运动模型动物出现脱毛现象 ,且神情倦怠 ,食欲降低 ,运动能力下降、对外界刺激反应迟钝 ,探究行为明显减少 ;运动第 7d与第 10d运动组体重平均值均较对照组显著下降 ;血清CK值运动后 12h和 2 4h与对照值相比有显著性增高 ;血尿素值运动后即刻、运动后 12h与对照值相比显著增高。结论 本实验动物模型是可靠的 ,可用于运动疲劳机制的实验性研究。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a model of exercise-induced fatigue in rats by 10d incremental swimming exercise. Results The animal model of this model had the phenomenon of hair removal, and the symptoms such as burnout, loss of appetite and loss of appetite, unresponsiveness to external stimuli and decrease of exploring behavior. The body weight of the exercise group decreased significantly on the 7th and 10th day than that of the control group. Serum The values of CK increased significantly at 12h and 24h after exercise compared with the control value. The values of blood urea immediately after exercise and at 12h after exercise were significantly higher than the control. Conclusion The experimental animal model is reliable and can be used for experimental study on the mechanism of exercise fatigue.
