The size of the egg was not pathologically examined after resection. The head occipital mass appeared again at 1 month after operation. The local hospital performed a second resection to diagnose the scalp malignant lymphoma pathologically. In April 1993, he was transferred to our hospital. The physical examination did not check the head occipital surgery except for scars.
