安徽省马钢生活服务公司茶场(以下简称马钢茶场)有茶园700亩,其中投产茶园550亩,年产干茶4万公斤。近年来,随着人们商品经济意识的增强,茶叶生产上采茶劳力日见紧张,致使茶叶采摘已不能按照茶叶生产的基本规律进行,粗采、滥采现象严重,呈现一种无控制的自由状态,严重阻碍了茶叶生产经济效益的提高。在这种情况下,作为一个茶场.采取什么措施和手段来确保鲜叶的采摘质量,是一个亟待解决的问题。马钢茶场为扭转茶叶采摘上失控的被动局面,从1991年春茶开始,试对以往的鲜叶验收方式进行改革,取得了一定成效。现将改革的具体做法作一介绍。
