本文采用人外周血淋巴细胞培养,选用姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)和非程序DNA合成(UDS)两个指标进行了亚硒酸钠诱发细胞遗传毒试验。结果表明;较高浓度的亚硒酸钠均诱发了SCE和UDS阳性结果,提示其具有细胞遗传毒效应。此效应的阈浓度为6.48×10~(-7)mol/L。
In this paper, human peripheral blood lymphocyte culture, selection of sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and non-programmed DNA synthesis (UDS) two indicators of sodium selenite-induced cytogenetic toxicity test. The results showed that higher concentrations of sodium selenite induced SCE and UDS-positive results, suggesting that it has cytogenetic toxic effects. The threshold concentration of this effect is 6.48 × 10 ~ (-7) mol / L.
