目的探索开展中学生HIV/AIDS健康教育干预模式的效果。方法在深圳宝安区随机抽取8所中学学校,随机分为干预组和对照组(各4所),对干预组进行每月一次(共持续4个月)的HIV/AIDS宣传教育,对对照组采用由其自然发展,不作任何形式的干预。在干预前后对所有对象各进行一次不记名问卷调查,并以“标准化效应指数”方法评价健康教育干预效果。结果通过经验回顾与总结,提出了一套“引导+协助+自发型”互动式的自我可持续发展新模式“。通过为期4个月的干预,干预组艾滋病相关知识总知晓率为73.76%,对照组为52.33%(P<0.01),除行为领域外,对中学生改变HIV/AIDS掌握程度有较明显效果,其标准化效应指数分别为0.84、1.95、-0.24和1.64,均属效果较大范围。结论采用标准化效应指数法进行中学生艾滋病健康教育模式效果评价研究是合理有效的。
Objective To explore the effect of carrying out HIV / AIDS health education intervention model for middle school students. Methods Eight high school schools were randomly selected from Bao’an District of Shenzhen City and randomly divided into intervention group and control group (4 for each). HIV / AIDS publicity and education was conducted on the intervention group monthly for a total of 4 months. Adopted by its natural development, without any form of intervention. Before and after the intervention of all objects for each anonymous questionnaire survey, and to ”standardized effect index “ method to evaluate the health education intervention effect. Results Through a review and summary of experience, a set of ”guiding + assistance + spontaneous“ self-sustainable development model ”was proposed. Through a four-month intervention, the total awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge in the intervention group was 73.76% in the control group and 52.33% in the control group (P <0.01). Apart from the behavioral domains, the effect of changing the mastery of HIV / AIDS among middle school students was more obvious. The standardized effect indices were 0.84, 1.95, -0.24 and 1.64, respectively A large range.Conclusion It is reasonable and valid to use the standardized effect index method to evaluate the effects of HIV / AIDS health education among middle school students.
