本研究以公务员学习积极性这一学界较少关注的问题为研究对象,通过对M市284名后备干部的调查,分析了公务员学习积极性的状况,以及公务员对相关影响因素的态度。调查结果显示,M市后备干部的整体学习积极性较高,并且其主要原因与政府的学习和管理环境有关。基于此,笔者从组织管理层面提出了提升公务员学习积极性的对策建议,包括提倡学习的组织文化、重视学习的组织领导和强化学习的管理机制。
In this study, the study of civil servants enthusiasm for learning less concerned with the academic field as the object of study, through the investigation of 284 reserve cadres in M City, analyzed the status of civil servants learning enthusiasm and civil servants attitude towards the relevant factors. The survey results show that M city reserve cadres overall enthusiasm for learning is high, and the main reason is related to the government’s learning and management environment. Based on this, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve civil servants’ enthusiasm for learning from the aspect of organization and management, including promoting organizational culture of learning, emphasizing organizational leadership of learning and strengthening management mechanism of learning.
