作者研究了在铸造涂料中加入不同有机或无机粘结剂后的抗弯强度.结果表明:1)有机粘结剂一般可以提高涂料的常温强度,但会破坏涂料的高温强度;2)水玻璃和硅溶胶不能有效地提高涂料的高温强度;3)磷酸和硫酸铝可有效地提高涂料常温和高温强度.
The authors studied the flexural strength of cast coatings with different organic or inorganic binders. The results show that: 1) organic binders can generally increase the room temperature strength of coatings, but can destroy the high temperature strength of coatings; 2) And silica sol can not effectively improve the high temperature strength of the coating; 3) phosphoric acid and aluminum sulfate can effectively improve the coating temperature and high temperature strength.
