本刊讯近日,福建省经贸委再度联合省物价局下达2012年第二批52家执行落后产能差别电价企业名单,主要集中在水泥、造纸、冶金等行业。根据规定,所有列入当年国家或福建省落后产能淘汰名单的企业全部列入当年执行差别电价企业名单,并按期淘汰落后产能。未能按期淘汰的,自第二年1月份起,其差别电价加价标准为第1年加价标准的2倍;自第三年1月起,其差别电价加价标准为第一年加价标准的3倍。 Recently, Fujian Provincial Economic and Trade Commission jointly with the Provincial Price Bureau again issued in 2012 the second batch of 52 companies to implement the list of backward production capacity difference in electricity prices, mainly in the cement, papermaking, metallurgy and other industries.
