为固化NOSA五星安健环管理成果,实现体系运行与实际工作的进一步融合,广东红海湾发电有限公司开展安健环理念落地的信息系统创新与实践。基于资产管理系统,建立安全区域管理,实现区域风险评估、安全分析的全面信息化;并以安全区域作为关联,将安全分析成果与资产维护工单紧密结合,实现过程风险有效管控,安健环管理水平得到整体提升,安全绩效显著。
In order to solidify NOSA’s five-star safety and health ring management results and realize the further integration of system operation and actual work, Guangdong Honghaiwan Power Generation Co., Ltd. innovated and practiced the information system of safety and health ring landing. Based on the asset management system, establish the safety zone management and realize the comprehensive informatization of the regional risk assessment and safety analysis; and take the safety zone as the link, closely integrate the safety analysis results with the asset maintenance work order to effectively control the process risk, The overall improvement of management level and safety performance are remarkable.
