溶栓治疗和经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术有效恢复缺血心肌的再灌注。然而,再灌注治疗需付出代价,它可导致心肌再灌注损伤。心肌再灌注损伤是一个复杂的病理生理过程。越来越多的研究显示,线粒体渗透性转换孔不但参与这一过程,而且占据重要地位,故备受关注。文章就线粒体渗透性转换孔的结构与功能、与心肌缺血再灌注损伤的关系,以及作为治疗缺血再灌注损伤新发现靶点的研究进展作一综述。
Thrombolytic therapy and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty are effective in reperfusion of ischemic myocardium. However, reperfusion therapy has to pay a price, which can lead to myocardial reperfusion injury. Myocardial reperfusion injury is a complex pathophysiological process. More and more studies have shown that mitochondrial permeability transition pore not only involved in this process, but also occupies an important position, it is of great concern. The article reviews the relationship between the structure and function of mitochondrial permeability transition pore and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, as well as the research progress of new target for the treatment of ischemia-reperfusion injury.
