BRAF基因属于RAF基因家族,其编码的蛋白在RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK信号转导调节途径中起重要作用。最近国外研究发现,BRAFV600E突变与甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的发生、发展密切相关,为未来PTC的诊断和治疗提供了新的突破口。现综述BRAFV600E突变与PTC的研究进展。
The BRAF gene belongs to the RAF gene family and encodes a protein that plays an important role in the regulation of the RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK signal transduction pathway. Recently, foreign studies have found that BRAFV600E mutation is closely related to the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), which provides a new breakthrough for the diagnosis and treatment of PTC in the future. The progress of BRAFV600E mutation and PTC is reviewed.
