苏联金属切削机床科学研究实验所研制了带微处理机(?)系统的锥齿轮加工机床,成批生产弧齿锥齿轮(最大直径320毫米,模数6毫米),见图。基本部件:摇台1、工件箱2、带过渡板3的工作台4、床身5、工具库7、自动装卸工具的装置6、工作台进给机构8。机床有四个可同时操纵的(A、B、C和X)及三个可调整的(Y、Z和D)坐标,它们分别由单独的电机驱动。切齿时,移动坐标A(摇台带着刀具角位移)、B(工件箱角位移)、C(工件主轴转动)和X(工作台沿着摇台轴线位移)。
The Soviet Union metal cutting machine tool Scientific Research Laboratory developed with a microprocessor (?) System of bevel gear processing machine, mass production of spiral bevel gear (maximum diameter 320 mm, modulus 6 mm), see figure. Basic components: cradle 1, the workpiece box 2, with the transition plate 3 of the table 4, the bed 5, the tool library 7, automatic loading and unloading tools 6, table feed mechanism 8. The machine has four simultaneously manipulated (A, B, C and X) and three adjustable (Y, Z and D) coordinates, each driven by a separate motor. Move the coordinates A (pan with tool angle displacement), B (workpiece angle displacement), C (workpiece spindle rotation), and X (the table is displaced along the pan axis) during gear cutting.
