由于对沙眼病人及时的調查及治疗,由沙眼而致盲者已經减少到稀少而个别的情况了。 用羊腸线栘植在球結膜下来治疗沙眼性血管(?)的方法已經早巳被知道了。氏在他的“砂眼性血管(?)的外科疗法”一文中建議用連續(?)繞的羊腸綫縫线法。 在市共和国沙眼防治所所采用的球結膜下移植羊腸綫是按照下述的方法进行的。用开瞼鈎拉开上瞼。在球結膜的上方四分之一处用2％奴佛卡因溶液作浸潤麻醉。当注射奴佛卡因时結膜鼓起成枕状。将带有普通縫針的双叠羊腸綫呈弧形穿过結膜下,其綫端用剪刀剪去。压住放置在結膜下的移植物的中点把它展平,使綫头不致宫創口露出(否則当眼瞼运动时移植物可能脱出)。我们通常所施行的羊腸线移植离开角巩缘2—5m.m.移植物平均长15m.m.。手术眼要无菌包扎5—6小时后采用合霉素治疗及消炎疗法。
