面对越来越严峻的经营环境,企业应如何应对,是长久以来相关人员不断探索追寻解决方法的课题。本文的动机与目的是借由“5S”管理理念,结合实际经验,了解“5S”管理理念在企业中的实际应用情况,并提出了改善的具体做法,期望能提升施工企业的竞争力。
In the face of more and more harsh operating environment, how to deal with enterprises, is a long time since the relevant personnel continue to explore ways to solve the problem. The motivation and purpose of this article is to understand the practical application of “5S ” management concept in the enterprise by means of “5S ” management concept and practical experience, and put forward specific measures for improvement. The expectation is to improve the construction enterprise’s Competitiveness.
