提出了一种新的复合微细电火花加工方法,通过工件的微幅激振改善加工条件,提高放电加工脉冲利用率和微细孔加工的深径比。介绍了实验装置的构成,并给出了初步试验结果。
A new composite micro-EDM method was proposed to improve the processing conditions through the micro-excitation of the workpiece and improve the pulse processing efficiency and the aspect ratio of the micro-hole processing. The structure of the experimental device is introduced and the preliminary test results are given.
