一、总体供量概述2004年,北京房地产市场虽然充斥了上涨与下跌的论调,但从新开项目的数量来看,其总体供量有增无减。截至今年1-7月,中大恒基共收集本市新开盘房地产项目164个,这些项目将在今后的1-2年内交付,其总体上市供量将达3002万平方米。今年前7个月本市的普通住宅均价为5184元/m~2,与去年同期基本持平。
I. General Overview of Supply In 2004, although the real estate market in Beijing was full of rising and falling arguments, the overall supply of new projects continued to increase unabated. As of January-July this year, Henderson acquired a total of 164 newly opened real estate projects in the city. These projects will be delivered in the next 1-2 years with a total listing volume of 32.02 million square meters. In the first seven months of this year, the average price of ordinary residential houses in the municipality was 5,184 yuan / m 2, basically the same as that of the same period of last year.
