减振器是机车转向架上一个很重要的部件,它与弹簧一起构成弹簧减振装置。现有的试验规范以测试示功图为主要目的,国内试验平台多为开环、机械式,存在许多不合理之处。改进的试验方案为闭环控制方式,可测量减振器的阻尼特性、示功图等参数。结合该测控系统,探讨了在Win32环境下开发实时测控软件应该注意的问题,如提高过程控制软件的实时性、扩展对硬件的访问和操作、OOP程序设计、故障诊断和查询专家系统设计等。
Shock absorber is a very important part of locomotive bogie, which together with the spring constitute a spring damping device. The existing test specification to test the diagram as the main purpose, the domestic test platform mostly open-loop, mechanical, there are many irrational. The improved test program is a closed-loop control mode, which can measure the damping characteristics of the shock absorber, dynamometer and other parameters. Combined with the measurement and control system, the problems that should be noticed when developing real-time measurement and control software in Win32 environment are discussed, such as improving the real-time process control software, extending the access to and operation of hardware, OOP programming, fault diagnosis and query expert system design.
