综合性心理治疗对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的改善作用

目的探讨综合性心理治疗对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月收治的60例ADHD患儿,分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患儿给予常规药物治疗,观察组患儿在常规药物治疗基础上增加综合性心理治疗,包括沙盘游戏、家长课堂、感觉统合训练,比较两组患儿Conners父母用症状问卷(PSQ)评分、两组患儿父母简式育儿压力问卷(PSI-SF)评分及治疗效果。结果干预前,两组患儿PSQ评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患儿PSQ评分均较干预前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组PSI-SF评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患儿父母育儿压力均较干预前明显改善,观察组更明显,其PSI-SF评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性心理治疗对ADHD患儿的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患儿ADHD症状,且有助于缓解ADHD患儿父母的育儿压力,有积极的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive psychotherapy on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Sixty children with ADHD admitted from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Children in the control group were given conventional drug therapy. The observation group was given comprehensive psychotherapy based on routine drug therapy, including sand table games, parental classes and sensory integration training. The scores of Conners Parents Symptom Questionnaire (PSQ) , Two groups of children with simple parental pressure questionnaire (PSI-SF) score and treatment effect. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in PSQ score between the two groups (P <0.05). After intervention, PSQ scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention (all P <0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in PSI-SF score between the two groups (P> 0.05). After intervention, the parental rearing pressure in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before intervention. The observation group was more obvious, and the PSI-SF score was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 76.67% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive psychotherapy has significant clinical effect on children with ADHD, which can effectively improve the symptoms of ADHD in children and help to alleviate the parental pressure of children with ADHD, which has a positive clinical significance.
